Only registered guests with valid identification will be issued the room key or be allowed access to the hotel room by Hotel management, in case the Room Key is misplaced or lost, a replacement fee will be charged to the guest.

It is advised that the guest turn in their room key at the front desk when they leave the property, and provide needed instructions like (Do not enter the room, Cleaning or NO Cleaning is required, etc..)

Photo ID proof issued by the government is compulsory for all occupants including sharers.

Please note the copy of the registration card with ID proof goes to the city Police commissioner’s office as per government order.

Our regular Check-in as per policy is at 3:00 PM and Check-Out is at 11:00 Am.

Based on availability the staff will make every effort to accommodate your early check-in request, between 12:00 Noon and 3:00 PM

Before 6:00 AM: Based on availability, the front desk staff will make accommodations and will be considered an additional charge of an EXTRA DAY of the daily room rate plus taxes.

Between 6:00 AM ~ 3:00 Pm: Based on availability, the Front Desk staff will make accommodations and will additionally charge HALF (1/2) of the daily room rate plus taxes.

Visitors are not permitted in guest room after 11:00 PM.

Based on availability, the Front Desk staff will make accommodations and will charge an additional rate plus taxes per additional bed.

ITIS Suites reserves the right to charge an early departure fee in the event guest leaves earlier than the original departure date.

In certain reservations or Bookings if applicable, Pre-termination is not allowed. Extensions will be subjected to availability and rate adjustments.

Guests with non-cancellable reservations will be liable for the full duration of their original booking.

The hotel reserves the right to charge per night cancellation fee should you cancel any nights from your originally intended length of stay.

GST: All room nights and Events are subject to 12.5% ~ 18% Taxes as set by the government.

Service Charges: If applicable events and Food & Beverages delivered as part of In-room Services are subject to a 2.5% service charge.

In case of any charges are not cleared at the time of checkout, The credit card information and the acknowledgment on this registration/booking will be considered as the authorization for the uncharged settled amounts.

By the confirmation of the reservation/booking, I hereby agree to the above reservation details and authorize ITIS Suites to charge my credit card with the amount outstanding on my account when I check out. I consent to this charge being made without signing the final invoice.

Registered guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their hotel room or any internal/external areas of the Hotel. This liability extends to both registered guests and their visitors.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka, and India Courts only.

Guests should ensure that their hotel room door is properly secure at all times. ITIS Suites management cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in guest rooms. In the Room, Safes are provided and recommended for guest use.

A safe deposit locker is available in the room, The management does not take any responsibility for the loss of valuables left in the room/lockers.

Guests are requested to smoke in designated smoking areas.

Designated Smoking Areas: These are typically Balcony attached to the room, The terrace garden, or outside the premises.
